I’m keeping a countdown ’til Friday!
And so the cycle continues.
I’m almost out of my shampoo & conditioner – that makes me very excited because it means that I can finally buy new ones. I also can’t wait ’til I’m done with all my lotions (at this point, it’ll take me YEARS to go through them), because I’ve been eyeing a new pack of body butters at Costco.

The simple joys of life!! Yummy smelly products make me happy too! TIP: Load up on gift sets/lotions/bath sets in January after the Xmas holidays, usually 75% off, and then you’re good to go all year round.
I recently went through something similar. I’d been wanting to go back to Aveda shampoos and conditioners, but I had mostly full bottles of stuff from CVS. I figured my finances were beginning to really shape up so I can splurge, just a little, and go back to Aveda. It was a happy day when I started getting down to the end of the bottle and allowed myself to get “the good stuff.”
Mmmmm…rosemary mint…you were so worth the wait.
I’m the same way!!! I usually buy replacements as I start to run low, but then I have two at once and I get impatient to run out.
Rosemary mint?! That sounds awesome! Now that I think of it…maybe its time to switch shampoos too…hehe.
I’ve actually been wanting to try out the shampoo bars from Basin. Has anyone ever tried those or something like it?
I just got some Bath and Body Works body butter in my Easter basket. I hadn’t used anything like it before but now I am hooked. It’s great stuff, and really works to keep me smelling pretty and moisturized.
I’m looking for a hair shampoo/conditioner/product that will help enhance waves/curls without making my hair greasy… any one have any suggestions? I’ve had bad luck with the brands I’ve tried, they either don’t work or clump the hair.
Haven’t tried Basin.
