		<description>Yes on open blinds. It makes it amazingly easier to get up in the mornings when the sun is starting to come up, too (and you can *see* it).</description>

		<description>I switched over to morning &quot;work&quot; time too.  I find I&#039;m actually much more awake from 6:00-7:30AM than 6:00-7:30PM (after dinner I start to fade)

After about a week it gets really easy to get up.  Make sure you don&#039;t let yourself sleep too long on the weekend and get out of habit.  And I find it helps to open the blinds and let the sunrise naturally wake me up.

Good luck studying.  Getting up earlier makes the day a lot &quot;longer&quot; :)</description>
