that dress is totally not worth it…you can get almost a cute BCBG or ralph lauren for $103. You don’t have to buy something a blind person designed.

I think the dress is awesome. However, my personal experience has proved to me that I can neither use shopping nor price hunting as a hobby–I get too darned tempted (possible I considered buying the dress myself)!

I shop twice a year and keep my focus on basics. This isn’t the approach for everyone, but it works for me to eliminate the excessive junk in my closet and increase the time spent on other experiences.

You seem like an incredibly intelligent, successful, and well dressed (& heeled) woman! You are already great without this sundress.

Stay strong, and act from a position of abundance: you already possess everything you will ever need in life now, not later, not after you buy that sundress, but good old now.

Lust, that’s really what we’re talking about, is acting from a position of lack, weakness, and you dear, are FAR beyond lack and weakness.

I know exactly what you are talking about. Sometimes, when I see something I love, I wait a few weeks and then look at it. Very often it loses its charm over time.

How many times would you actually wear this? I find I can love something (like silk) but I might just have an opportunity to wear it once, and it would be totally absurd to purchase it.
