Pretty but not pricey – my favorite shoe buy of the week**

by WellHeeled on August 2, 2008

See those lovely ballet flats (the scalloped edging makes me smile) below? They are listed for $73 on Zappos, but I got them for under $20 at Ross.

Pretty but not pricey my favorite shoe buy of the week**

**I do not buy shoes every week. Promise.

Great catch. When you are in Miami, call me up, I will take you to the store you will love. There, all shoes are $3.99. (Might go up now, but they were $3.99 for years… Beautiful shoes..ballet flats too. I always get compliments from the ladies who shop Nordstrom and Sacks Fifth Avenue!

I used to shop at Ross, now I only shop there and I am glad I don’t live next door to that $3.99 store. Otherwise, I would shop there every other day. It is sooooo addictive….

Adorable flats! Etienne Aigner makes some comfortable shoes too. I wish Ross was here in Mass. but Marshall’s and TJ Maxx are pretty good too!

There is no Ross in NYC. I went into one in Fort Lauderdale a few months ago. Love it.
