I love TJ Maxx! It sometimes takes a long time, but I can always find something great that’s really cheap.
My husband and I are currently in the process of buying our first place, a loft to be exact. And we have a fabulous TJ Maxx/Homegoods nearby, so I would definitely use it for something house related, perhaps accent pieces, but always something fabulous and cheap!

I’m on the hunt for a nice spring/summer coverlet for the bed. Last year was the final year for my previous coverlet and as the weather gets nicer, the comforter is getting hotter. I purchased the last one from TJ Maxx so perhaps I can pick another winner.

I would love this opportunity. I am in the process of redecorating my living room (or should I say decorating since I’ve been there two years and haven’t done much) and the TJ Maxx near my home has AMAZING stuff.
I would get candles and maybe a mirror or two to decorate my (very sparsely decorated) apartment. It’s hard to afford stuff when you’re just graduating from college, so I’d love to have some extra money to make my apartment feel like home!
I just moved in to a new place and I am decorating also! I love the unique items that TJMaxx and Marchalls have. I would purchase some picture frames or other wall decorations.
For $25, I’d buy a new summer top (on sale, of course), a pair of socks with which to make a sock monkey, and a spatula. My spatula from the dollar store is crumbling (eww!!), and the one I got from TJ Maxx two years ago still looks brand new. Time to invest in another one!

Well, my brother’s wedding is coming up later this summer and I desperately need to find a dress since I’ve been focusing so much on debt repayment and on not buying new clothes for the last two years (paid off $5200 already, only $1700 to go! yay!). I would try to find a good quality dress I could wear to a number of fancier events like weddings, formal work events, etc. This is a really generous idea, by the way
I am starting a new job soon and need a purse. An actual purse, not my ratty messenger bag. I actually found the cutest one at Marshall’s last week, ivory, roomy enough for paperwork, soft leather, very professional but not stuffy. I’m just trying to swallow the $130 price ($350 originally).

I’m newly pregnant and so not looking forward to spending a lot of money on maternity clothes. I know I’ll be able to find some cool maxi dresses at TJ Maxx that will fit this summer and that I’ll still be able to wear post-baby.

I’d like to go with NOTHING in mind and just see what amazing deals I can get!! If I go in search of something, I never seem to find exactly what I want. If I go and look through everything, the perfect thing I need always appears.
I was just in there yesterday and saw a cute pair of Jessica Simpson flats. I think they were about $35, so I’d use the card towards that.
It’s funny you mention home decorating. I never thought of Marshall’s as a home decorating place, but I am doing some upgrades this summer and that sounds like a good place to start.

Ooooo I absoultly heart these stores! I would easily spend that on my bedroom. I’m decorating my room around a zebra pillow I scored at Target and a colorful Audrey Hepburn poster that looks like PopArt. It’s been a long process but I’m sure that gift card would help out tons!

My husband and I are buying our first house! We won’t have a lot of cash after closing day and I would love to be able to hit TJ Maxx for some cute, affordable home items!
TJ Maxx has so many great finds especially for decorating a new home like mirrors, lamps, ottomans, rugs, kitchenware from big names like Kitchenaid, and even gourmet food. There’s so much to choose from there.
I need new work pants (yay, weight loss), so I could certainly use that.
Ooooh I need new sheets, mine appear to have shrunk and don’t like staying on my mattress anymore. I would love to use the gift card towards them.

I’m generous, so I’ll just use it to add to the gift that I will be buying my best friend for graduation. He and his roommate are planning to move to an awesome condo in DC so that he can go to grad school.
I know what it’s like to have student digs, so this will help him make it more of a grown up space than a college pad.

I have a 5month old and finally got the baby weight off, I need some new clothes and this would be great for a new dress. I haven’t had a new dress since 1999.
