Raspberries! Raspberries! I know they have seeds, but something about their flavor is SO addictive. I cannot say no to one or two packs, especially this time of year when they’re on sale, and I usually eat them by themselves, or with yogurt, like I did today at lunch.

I once read that ounce for ounce blueberries have more antioxidants and other nutrients than any other berry. Ever since then I’ve picked them most often when I have a choice.

But I really like strawberries – with cottage cheese for breakfast, with chocolate for dessert, with champagne pretty much anytime…

I have a serious berry addiction but if I had to pick just one it would have to be blueberries!!!!!! I can eat a pint of day easily! Luckily they are a wonderfood so its a good thing : ).

I’m like Forrest Gump and shrimp, except with blueberries. The best way to make beer “healthy”? Buy blueberry beer (Wachusett is my fave) and put in some frozen blueberries!

Strawberries by far. Blueberries are good but they have to be just right, not too tart or too sweet and mushy. Raspberries are a close second, and blackberries are great too but the seeds make them third.

My favorite is huckleberry.. they are sweeter then blueberry’s, but unforutnatly they arn’t sold commercially so you have to either get them at farmer’s markets or pick them yourself.

I have been addicted to blueberries & cherries lately. I get them fresh from either the Farmer’s Market or Whole Foods. So yummy!
