I am going to try that. I always on the look out for new things to try. Your plates are really cute. I got some at Kohls when they have their sale on their Food Network wares. Great blog and a great dinner idea. Thanks!

That looks pretty good! I love good costco finds... I wonder if it would be worth it to try with the fresh salmon they have.

Hi there! Cooking healthy and tasty fish can be easy. I do not know how much fish cost in the US nowadays but back when I was living there, it was affordable. Here in my country, I usually buy cleaned sea bass, bluefish or seabream. With a little bit of salt on both sides, I pop them in the oven and just broil. Or, I wrap the fish in aluminum foil and place it in a toaster oven. If the fish is not at a fatty stage, you can mix equal parts lemon juice and olive oil with a pinch of salt, shake well and use it as a sauce. Serve with a salad and a slice of bread. Frying fish is not only messy and smelly but unhealthy as well so, I avoid that.

Yeah! I can't wait to get to CostCo and try this out! That is a steal for Wild Alaskan Salmon...

I also heard they have a great deal on Riedel wine glasses... which are a bit spendy, but so worth it!
